Rooted in the vibrant soils of Montego Bay, Jamaica, my journey began with a love for creation and a deep respect for the earth's bounty. As a child, I dreamed of fashion design, but it was my connection to the land and my Jamaican heritage that ultimately shaped my path.

Inspired by the healing properties of the hibiscus plant, which symbolizes abundance and healing in Hebrew, I embarked on a mission to harness its potential. Back in Jamaica, we utilized every part of the plant, including the pods left after the flowers fell, to create delicious beverages like sorrel.

​

Driven by a passion for holistic well-being, I delved deeper into health and wellness, pursuing studies in Health Education and becoming a certified Health Coach. In 2021, fueled by this dedication, I founded Rose of Sharon Health & Beauty Products. Our formulations, crafted with care and expertise, embody a philosophy of self-care and empowerment.

Drawing from traditions both Jamaican and West African, our ingredients tell a story of natural healing and ancestral wisdom. Shea butter, sourced from karité trees in West Africa, captured my attention over 20 years ago, igniting a passion for creating wholesome, nourishing skincare.
